Boasting a compact 12″ x 24″ footprint, this countertop model sits on 4″ legs and can produce up to 32 lb. of french fries an hour, making it the perfect choice for medium-duty applications like snack shops, concession stands, or food trucks. Equipped with two 1/2 size, side hanging fry baskets, you’ll be able to fry, drain, and serve products quickly with minimum downtime. Plus, with a durable stainless steel construction, you’ll be assured that this unit is built with dependability in mind.
This countertop fryer comes with a number of great, user-friendly benefits. A one piece tubular heating element provides controlled, even heat distribution under your products, which offers unmatched efficiency for your business. A snap action thermostat with an adjustable range from 200-375 degrees Fahrenheit allows you to fry a wide variety of products, and thanks to the high-limit indicator, the user will always be warned if the oil exceeds a safe temperature. To ease the cleaning experience, the heating elements flip up and out of the way, and the entire fry pot can be removed. A 208-240V electrical connection is required.
