This griddle features high-wattage heating elements underneath a 1/2″ griddle plate for even, consistent heating when cooking. Its simple knob controls let you independently change temperature between 200 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit, while the removable grease drawer and splashguard make cleanup fast and easy.
Built for safety and durability, this griddle has protective guard rings around the controls to help prevent accidental temperature changes. The whole unit sits on 4″ adjustable legs for stability, and thanks to its compact footprint, this griddle is ideal for kitchens where space is at a premium.
