The smooth design is meant to work with any pot or skillet, and the whole unit resists thermal shock for long-lasting durability. For easy cooking and even heat distribution, a long-lasting heating element is mounted in the center of the unit. The controls are mounted on a recessed remote unit to avoid accidental temperature changes, and thanks to its basic design, it’s easy to wipe clean.
