A great way to engage guests with eye-catching hibachi-style cooking, this griddle’s stainless steel front and sides combine with a 3/4″ thick steel plate to provide you with a unit that is sure to stand tough against the daily use of knives, spatulas, and other prep tools. Cleanup is a breeze thanks to a 3″ wide grease trough that drains into a large capacity grease collector, as well as a 1″ inward slope backsplash and side splashes that help contain grease without obstructing your guests’ view! A liquid propane gas connection is required for operation.
