Ensure that the only substance running through your pipes is clean water with the Zurn Elkay GT2700-15-2NH 30 lb. 15 GPM grease trap with 2″ no-hub connections! This grease interceptor prevents greasy substances from entering plumbing systems in your commercial kitchen or restaurant by trapping grease without clogging or cross-contamination. It’s made of dura-coated fabricated steel that will resist corrosion and withstand years of high-demand usage. Grease traps are often used with cooking or prep sinks, pot sinks, and commercial dishwashers in various types of commercial food service operations.
This model includes an external vented inlet flow control device that slows incoming wastewater and redirects it through the scientifically-placed, flow diffusing baffle inside the integral trap. The slip-resistant cover of this grease trap is secured with a center tie down assembly to prevent odors from escaping. The grease trap comes equipped with complete inlet and outlet connections.
The grease trap has a grease capacity of 30 lb. and a 15 GPM flow rate.
